T2 Oxygen Eye Cream

When I first started blogging in college I had the time to read a lot of other blogs. I distinctly remember some of my favorite bloggers, who at the time were about the age that I am now, often writing about their skincare rituals. I also religiously read career interviews from inspiring women on The Everygirl where the last interview question was always, “what advice would you give to your 20 year old self?” In which case many of the women began with a prophetic and practical response and often ended with “ don’t forget to moisturize.” Ha! Now that I’m in my mid/late twenties like most of these women were at the time, I see where they were coming from. It seems that within the past year or two my skin has taken a turn for the worst often dehydrated, intense dark circles, and more acne than I had as a teenager. Thus the lifelong investment in skincare has begun.

A few weeks ago on my Instagram stories I asked if you’d be interested in watching a morning or night skincare ritual in which you guys answered a resounding yes! I’m happy to post that soon, but for now I just want to focus on one product that has made a big difference. I’ve been testing out the T2 Oxygen Eye Cream from VII Code for about a month now. After dealing with major dark circles and puffiness that I was attempting to treat by drinking more water and getting more sleep, that wasn’t quite cutting it. Adding an eye cream has dramatically helped. I use this cream morning & night (and honestly sometimes throughout the day too, it’s super silky smooth and feels nice :)). I’ve noticed less puffiness around the eyes and less prominent dark circles! The cream also comes with an activation strip to gently massage it into the skin which is a nice option for application, especially when my nails are long.

I’ve actually had a lot of fun focusing more on skincare this year. I personally think investing in skin care is better than spending a lot of money on makeup. I like to go makeup free as often as possible and I’ve gotten more comfortable doing so the more I take care of my skin! What do you guys think? Do you have any skincare products that have been game changers that you can’t live without? Let me know!
