May 13 Rooted In Love Wedding Inspiration

It feels like ages ago that these photos were taken, so let's give one big "hip hip hooray" for finally sharing them today! No? Okay I'll do it for you ;) Waaay back in October I paired up with the greatest group of Milwaukee creatives to put together this whimsical and Earthy shoot to inspire all you brides out there.

My favorite part about this day though wasn't all of the beauty I was surrounded by or the legit makeover by Dana Welch. Nope. It was all of the awesome connections turned friendships that came out of this day! It was the first time I had worked with the ladies of Mint & Lovely and since I have attended one of their workshops AND they even helped out with my launch party. Stephen and Stephanie of Booth Photographics are basically the sweetest people on the planet and were so kind to invite Dan and I over to their picturesque (obviously) Madison apartment to meet their puppy who I was totally gushing over all over social media #sorrynotsorry. And that beautiful "bride" you see here might be a familiar face as Jennais now one of my talented models for Woodbury Lane ♥ Yes, the stunning photos from this shoot truly remind me how great it is to have a job that allows me to work with new people all of the time!

Oh & that handsome bearded man in the photos. Yes that is Dan (who rarely makes an appearance on the blog, but he popped up for this 2014 styled shoot as well). He may not be the best at playing photographer when I'm in desperate need, but give him a suit and ask him to smile for the camera and you've got yourself a pretty believable Best Man :)
