A Weekend in San Francisco
Sweatshirt : Thrifted | Hat : Lack of Color
Last weekend Matt and I took a trip up to NorCal for an early birthday getaway and to visit some friends! It was a quick trip, but so felt so refreshing to get away for a few days and immerse ourselves in a different city. I’ve been to SF a few times and every time I go I’m in total denial of what the weather will be like. I always think low 60s in California will feel nice, but add intense wind and gray skies I quickly remember just how chilly the Bay Area really is. All of this to say that I basically lived in my new thrifted sweatshirt the entire weekend and put much less thought into my outfits than usual.
Matt’s old college roomie really spoiled us with his hospitality by cooking up some amazing homemade dishes and taking us to some of the best restaurants in town! We also did a few classics like the Painted Ladies, Fisherman’s Wharf, and The Buena Vista for an Irish Coffee! Here are my favorite spots we went to while we were there:
The Mill | Coffee
Range Life | Brunch
Amoeba Music (also in LA) | Records + more
Siam Lotus Thai | Thai food
