I’m one of those people who tried putting off coffee drinking as long as I could. As you all know by now, it's a part of my daily routine. After fueling up on frappes in high school, I gave in to the real stuff in college (they don’t tell you frappucinos are the gateway drug of coffee drinking). And so the love affair began, along with the withdrawal headaches when I go without it, anxiety when I have too much, and inevitable teeth staining.

I’ve been drinking coffee everyday for years now, so I suppose this was bound to happen, but it’s annoying nonetheless. I use Crest 3D White toothpaste, but even that doesn’t whiten my teeth as much as I’d like it to. A few weeks ago I started to use Smile Brilliant’s teeth whitening kit and I quickly began seeing the results I was hoping for. It's been much more legit than any whitening strips, toothpaste, or mouthwash I’ve ever used. I’ve been using the whitening gel since the beginning of the month and I still have 2 whitening syringes left - see the results so far below :)

On another note, I never would have guessed that I’d be wearing sweaters like the one above as much as I do these days living in South Florida, but two words you guys “air conditioning”. Besides, there’s something about cozying up with a blanket-like sweater and a fresh cup of coffee in the fall that just feels so right no matter what the thermometer reads outside ♥
