An Intentional Winter

Winter…agh. Sure, these photos look decently cheery and beautiful, but the truth is I'm feeling' it. Winter that is and the lack of sunlight, vitamin D, fresh air, and all things happy (in my opinion) that comes with it. The sad part is we haven't even reached it's peak! I'm trying extra hard to take care of myself this Winter. I've started exercising again and being conscious of the nutrients I put into my body. On the more mild days I'm hoping to get outside with the kiddos I watch for some walks and fresh air! We'll see how this goes.

Since I have so much on my mind with the start of Woodbury Lane I'm thinking this season will be better than past years. I love being busy, busy!

I'm curious to hear what some other midwesterners do to survive the drab winters up here. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated! One thing I do know however is that Sorels are the only option when it comes to keeping your toesies warm. (Okay, I just said toesies on my blog. Clearly I spend too much time with babies these days). I'll be wearing mine on repeat when the temps drop a little bit more!
