Brunettes Have More Fun

 I know I know…you've seen enough of this vest by now, but these pictures are actually from about a month ago. So really I'm not wearing it every day as it might appear on the blog (or at least I'll let you think that).

I've had these black skinnies for as long as I can remember. They're beginning to fade and, let's be honest, they fit much more snug than they used to. Taking this into consideration I figured I'd jazz them up a bit (or ruin them depending on how you look at it) and added a small slit in the knee with help from this tutorial video. It's strange how such a tiny detail can make a big difference! These jeans went from feeling dressy and unwearable to cool and casual. They've been finding their way into an outfit or two each week ever since.

I actually just wore them in my "Casual + Edgy" post from Monday. I've been feeling a lot more edgy with all of my outfits lately. I'm seriously thinking it's the darker hair. :)
