Serendipity
My trip to Vegas last week was the first time I ever traveled alone (not counting trips to Chicago or flying out to visit someone). And I have to say, being alone in a different city has its perks. I was able to walk the strip at my own pace and people watch. I was hyper aware of what was going on around me since I wasn't doing much myself. It was nice to be more present than usual. The biggest benefit though has to be that I could eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and for me that meant a few ice cream dinners. I remembered this restaurant, Serendipity 3, that I ate at last time I was in Vegas and that's featured in the movie Serendipity (no surprise there, but the New York location)! I knew I had to go back and grab their famous frozen hot chocolate. So glad I did! Their pink, orange, and marble palette with oversized chandeliers and frames makes the restaurant a dream. And bonus great views of the strip too! Globe lights win EVERYTIME ↑
